Hi Folks
Fires still burning all round, nothing too close though, plenty of smoke and coughing still being done... Haven’t got to the glue or paint in ages, there’s more than enough fumes in the air from the smoke to keep me coughing ! Frustrating to the extreme 🤬🤯😖
So much for not taking my usual styrene free holiday this year ! 😖

Righto - the Xmas update... Not much dun, smoke haze is about constantly and is continually making bods cough all day, so model glue fumes and paint fumes are rather irritating, so its dept of stalled projects time I’m afeared...
L to R - all 72nd - Revell Pz II Lynx, Pair of Dragon Panthers, Dragon JagdTiger (Porsche Suspension), Zvezda T-90 A and (Recently assembled) Zvezda T-15 Armata IFV, all needing camo (most of em) and paint (The T-15) and a repaint in a lighter, more creamy yellow colour plus camo (T-90) plus markings and weathering to complete....
Italeri 35th DUKW, needs paint, plus the 105mm gun in the back to complete
L to R - all 1/700th - Trumpy HMS Dreadnaught, Tamiya HMS King George V and Trumpy USS Tennessee 1944, all needing brass plus more parts to be added and more paint to finish...
Italeri 1/72 B-58 Hustler, needs decals etc to finish... sooner rather than later for this jobby methinks 🤔

Got a day of nice winds today, blew a lot of the haze away temporarily (it’ll come back to its original direction overnight and make it hard to breathe outside again from tomorrow 🤬) Got busy with the glue (after deciding I couldn’t face the paint pile ! ) 😖😳🤨 Got this lil critter across the line - ModelCollect’s T-80 UM2 “Black Eagle” Prototype in 72nd - nice lil kit, been awhile since I did anything on it, but don’t remember anything of nasty note (construction wise at least !) 🤔👍 The paint pile just got a bit bigger (ooooh dear... sigh !) 🤭 Anyhoo here it am in all its unpainted gory ..  I also started anothery as well, will add its piccy to this when there’s something worth showing ! Regards to All OB 😉 |
