Gee guys, if you are throwing away P/E, feel free to send it to me. Even if I can't use it I know a few friends here who would greatly appreciate it.
Mark those plastic sheet braces look fantastic. Excellent application.

Thanks again gents So the latest round shows the hull half fit is dismal due in part to interference from the firewall and other infernal stuff. I expected this but would gladly have been proven wrong. Various glue and clamp stages recorded here The rear plate fit is pretty bad but the aforementioned putty will make short work of it as well as the unsightly gaps at the hull mating line Regards, Mark

Primer/basecoat. Green putty is great altho it took me awhile to learn to work with it Now I need to decide if I'll repeat the stipple pattern used on the 88 or airbrush a soft edge. Other than the box art there's really no guide available it seems Regards, Mark

The more I looked at the stipple pattern on the 88 the more I did not like it, plus it would have been difficult to repeat on the halftrack. Therefore, another round of paint has led to this mess By next mid week the remaining materials should have shown up and layout can commence Regards, Mark

Thank you sir I'm using a MiniArt base with buildings, and as noted elsewhere these are very labor intensive so it's taken awhile to get to this point MiniArt vacuform is a giant pain, but if you want buildings without a month of scratching they're pretty close to the only game in town Regards, Mark

Thank you gents I'm using oils for the buildings in places so drying time is an issue. I have however made progress, partially painted buildings and finished cobblestone road As usual my ideas grow as I go along not the best for getting things done Regards, Mark
