OMG 😡🤭. UFO cleanup just got a bit harder... just found a drawer in my “drawers of stasis” (aka Bureau of Stalled Projects), tis full of 72nd Armour, of which I do remember putting 3 in a lil while ago, those were UM’s BA-1 Armoured Car, UM’s M-10 Achilles and a nearly dun Zvezda T-90A, which went in there roughly 4 weeks ago. Did and do not remember the 6 UM Shermans in there (all are chassis complete, only need tracks and upperworks/turret to complete), a pair of Dragon Panther A’s (early and late) at about the same stage, plus a Dragon Porsche Jagdtiger mit Zimmerit, again at chassis complete stage, plus at least 12 more 72nd AFV’s in various stages of completion...😲🤯🤭

Looks like I know what I’m doing for the rest of the month then ! Probably get going on the “Dragon 3” plus the T-90 first, then the Shermys -at least I won’t have to worry about colour schemes on the Shermys - overall OD on all (aka “Overall Boring” - I’d say the same for kleiner gerblungen in Panzer Grey overall ! ) one colour overall in 72nd is boring IMHO ! 🤫

I’ve just got rid of a bad case that took flippin’ ages to go away (5 courses of antibiotics) and was totally mojo zapping into the bargain, quite possibly the cause of more than a few of my recent stalled projects, just about firing on all cylinders again now and don’t want it back !

Here’s hoping for a speedy recovery for ya Joe !

Meanwhile, back at the bench, the “Dragon 3” have arrived... from left, its Panther A Early (Ausf D style cupola and bow MG “letterbox” (although there’s a good A style cupola in the kit, which might yet go onto it, making a far less rare example of early A ), Panther A Late and Porsche JagdTiger mit Zimmerit. Hope to have these 3 at the paint stage by tonight, we shall see... 🤔

Cheers boss, but I have yet to touch them, been distracted, helping the landlady with some gardening tasks,, getting new (and sodding heavy) concrete planters and a boidbath into place... ooh my achin’ back  ! 😲🤬

Think its take a couple of painkillers and lie down for a while time, might be able to git into the back room later.

No matter, she’s working all day for the rest of the week and she couldn’t have moved any of them on her own !

At some stage in the past, before I moved, I did the chassis as seen in the photos. Not lately. I’ve exhumed these 3 and 6 UM Sherman variants which are all chassis complete (all wheels and suspension units done, only needing tracks), and all needing upperworks and turrets to complete... 🤔

Those are what I’m working on now in ones and twos to git dun, There’s at least 24 half finished 72nd tanks about the place, all needing some parts assembly before being paint shop ready. How many I get finished (ie painted, decalled and weathered) before I git bored with them 😴 is another matter entirely. Unsure whether my 72nd AFV mojo has actually reawakened or not atmo, not stopping to ask either, just plugging along... One of the Ausf A’s is now at the paint stage,(its actually more of a D than an A as I’ve built it !) 



hoping to have the other one there and the JagdTiger a lot closer to paint ready than it is now by close of play tonight. At present I’m suffering mojo dilemmas, not interested in 700th anything, had enough of 35th for the moment and 72nd Aircraft are too easy to be a challenge (must get round to taking photos of the 3 MiGs and the Mandrake too - if I can get interested enough in aircraft to put the decals on the Mandrake !) 🤫😴

Anyhoo, back to plugging along mit brain on autopilot 😖🤯😲🤬🤭

I’ll resume plugging along after I’ve been for a wander up to the local shops, which are about 10 minutes easy (no hills n dales !) walk away from here, need to git some essential supplies in (hey I gotta eat too !) 🤭

Hopefully, the Jaggy will get to the paint shop stage by lunchtime (not much more to be added to it now), leaving me all afternoon to get the Late Panther A to the paint stage. I’ll hit the tomes of enlightenment after dinner - I reckon I’ve seen pics of Mandrakes finished the way mine is at present (all natmet, no grey nose) in one of them thar tomes. If I’m right and can find the ref, I’ll do its decals before play closes this evening and hopefully take the piccys of it and the three MiGs on the morrow 😎

After that its onto 3 of the 6 UM normal (VVS) suspension Shermys, well, actually its 5 Shermys and an M-12
