Raining rather heavily out here, started last night... Bureau of getting forecasts occasionally right reckons we're in for 35-55 knot gales to accompany the rain for the next couple of days ☹️. Soo staying in the muddlin room most of the day seems to be a good idea 😎
Things that have happened to date, (since 10am this morning) :- FW 190D-9 has its gear on and should be to the paint stage tonight, Zero has its gear on and only needs final touches, Kittyhawk only needs final touches, same for the clipwing Spitfire IX, Hurricane and Tempest are both at the paint stage, F2J Fury is finished. Thunderbolt needs its wheels attached to finish.
Pics later, stopped for lunch at 2pm, will return to the desk at 3pm.
Regards OB of rather busy 😉

Thus far, no replacements for what's on the line, that decision is for tomorrow. 🤔
Today is a "git a few of these so-and-so's finished before their numbers start to annoy moi day", all sorts of 72nd wingys awaiting decals and a few more need paint added to reach the decal stage 😖
So today's all about lots of little jobs to git a few little jobs across the line ! 😃
Regards OB of busy with bits n pieces 😉

I'm so glad...😃
My Airbrush is recovering from a fairly good spraying and pull down thorough cleaning session at the moment. I'm about to move to the decal desk (in the other room) and start slinging decals at a number of victims. Need to clear that too, so I've got room to move the wingies currently clogging the paint desk off it as soon as the paint dries on them properly 😖😳
I'll then start thinking about what's next on the build desk.. 🤔
Regards OB of still fiddlin' and fussin' about 😉

Keep watching the finished aircraft threads, mainly WW2 this time, there'll be a couple in post war as well (Mig-29SMT and one other).
I've identified my next 6-8 victims. Kinda limited by paint supply (nobody out here has any useful colours, which made the 190D a bit problematic because I'm out of RLM 76, however, I remembered something re late war 76 and got round that problem... At least mine will be right colours (IDF armour sand is NOT and never will be an aircraft colour !)
Battling a dinged spine and ACL injury at present, courtesy of a 4 yo bathplug who insisted on crashing his bicycle into me every chance he got last time he was here. His bicycle is now missing two vital parts (wheels)... his grandma is my landlady and wasn't amused by his conduct and gave me a hand removing the wheels off the bike.
Regards OB of not a happy camper atmo. 😉

Cheers Bucky 👍
The spine should come good, (they tell me its only a bruised disk) They're still deciding whether the ACL will need an operation, they reckon that'd be a season ender for a pro footballer of the round or oval ball games... Takes awhile to recover from a ding like mine copped. The Little swine who did it had a nasty accident when he missed me on his last attempt - he found out what a quick sideways shove on the shoulder can do to ya if yer get too close to somebody on a bike (took the smile off his face real fast that did !) Gave me and his grandma a right ol' fit of the giggles though ! 🤯🤬
Regards OB of busily busier than busy 😉
