Thank you friends, I have a busy weekend so there won't be much time for modeling.

Duke, thanks man. I'd like to build a landing diorama with 1:72 scale LCVP's in the future, just for fun, do you have the Airfix or Heller LCVP ? Neither. Mine is the Trumpeter kit. And I was mistaken: mine is the LCM-3. They look so similar I thought it was the same thing: Your improvements look excellent. They will really make yours pop.
There is a real one of these on a traffic island in Shoreham on the South Coast, drive past it quite often

Dukebro, thank you. It's an easy to build kit and with a tadd of extra attention for detail an eyecatching model can be built. I didn't go for the last rivet, my goal is to make my kit look convincing enough once displayed. Thank you Joebro. You're right Jed, only the ramp of the LCM is bigger, the contours are 90% the same. Trumpeter has it in 1/72, completely forgot that. Yesterday the boat was given a layer of Gloss Clear, today I've applied the decals. The mg.30 cockpits will be finished seperately, as other items will be added later on. Best regards ! AG.
