Thanks guys. I'm kinda lazy as I like to add a bit of extra detail in full sight and then to get away with less visible flaws of the kit.

Update 5.

The ribbage was installed in the body of the boat and the cabling was done too.

What can I say about the kit ? It builds up nicely and simple, it looks pretty good also.

I've been airbrushing the interior with a couple of dark grey shades. I've added a tadd of Medium grey to the black/white mixture to make it look more vivid. More shades will be applied later on.

Neither. Mine is the Trumpeter kit. And I was mistaken: mine is the LCM-3. They look so similar I thought it was the same thing:

Duke it looks pretty similar you're right, the ramp is bigger.

Today I've spent the whole day modeling. The ramp was detailed with weld seams and the kit bolts (in open position) were replaced by Evergreen bolts as my model has this how do you call it...window thingie...thing in closed position.

There's a couple more parts left but these will be glued on once painted. Meanwhile I keep checking if there still are important details to be added.
