Oh WOW!!! That looks just sensational with all of the detailing and weathering that you're putting into that Jan. The added LED's are going to be the icing on the cake to an already beautiful build. VERY cool!!  |

Well guys & girls...I think this is the last update concerning the Space Eagle... Finished up the base by adding some kind of moon landscape...hope it looks like something.. The rocks on the base are chunks of wood you put in your fish tank, those of you who have an aquarium know what I mean. They are easy to break in peaces and paint easily as well...so if you have a store in the area..this stuff works great for creating rocks. The batteries ...or..hmmm...what could they be? thought it looked nice so... Well they are in fact batteries of a U-boat, leftovers of a 1/48 u-boat kit. The pipe is in fact a part of a torpedo, ladders....same u-boat. The communication post was mentioned in the previous post. So painting, dusting, some small rocks.. Quite pleased withe result, and ....ALL the Led's are working!!  Those who followed this build, THANK YOU!         |
