Very pretty, Joe! Delicate work excellently done. What color are you going with for the exterior? I think these cars were delivered in black, but could have been repainted at unit level with any of the typical German armor colors. Camouflage isn't out of the question, either.

A hero that's what you are, gluing zillions of parts together from this Miniart kit. You're doing a great job, it looks smashing.

Decided to work on a few more figures... the Fraulein has seemed to have gotten a Gestapo agents attention...

Worked on the engine and some of these pieces are ridiculously small at 1/35th scale!!! I put a 1/25th scale engine next to it and a number 11 xacto knife for scale comparison... This.....I do know about. First off, your build is looking VERY good so far Joe. Working in this scale can be a challenge but the more you poke around in this scale, the more neat accessories/ items you find in the AM world. Secondly, when I built a 1/35 scale VW staff car last year I had such a great time with it because I kept finding all of this cool stuff to put into it. Pretty much endless detail depending on how far the builder wants to take things.

Yup... crazy but fun... have to get the figures sorted and painted first before I can glue together the seats and close doors... can't get them inside once it's closed up, lol!!!

Yeah, that's the thing about figures. They're little miniature mannikins without any moving parts. Unlike a real human, they don't bend in multiple directions or squish here and there to maneuver around obstacles. I've had similar issues with tank crew dudes. Looking really splendid now, Joe.

Nicely done! That engine rocks! I've done similar work on engines in 1/72 scale. Talk about tiny!
