Thank you Dukebro, that was the idea behind the title. A friend of mine once got a rusty VW Beetle and he was super motivated to restore it as he was always speaking of his restoration plans when I saw him. Suddenly the Beetle was sold, leaving nothing but a big Beetle shaped rust stain on the garage floor.
