So while I contemplate other turret details, I played with the lower hull, adding more armor, lots of bolt heads, access ports and skids for the forward swing arm/torsion bar stations, not yet finished. The Italeri lower hull is sparsely detailed (not at all?) so I'm just adding stuff to weather.  IMG_7021 by Russel Baer, on Flickr It's not "accurate", but I'm having fun. |

Thanks all. Re paint: It's gonna be easy on this one, no worries about the "correct" shade of the ever-elusive IDF sand-gray.
