Git away for the weekend last week but am on lockdown just now,got into the cave, had a go but couldn't get into it,pin washing with acrylics doesn't work I found out, weathering to the barrel looks awful, mad a hash if the tracks and took them off and the foil tarps look too much alike, might have another go tomorrow and see if I can improve on it.

Power through! I like that black and green camo, makes me thing of Allied WW2 schemes. It does seem like a very old scheme, I served in Berlin in the 80's and apart from the vehicles that had the FIBUA cammo all of our vehicles were basic black and green

Step back, take a deep breath, and give it another try, later! Just don't toss it across the room!! (Been there, done that!)

Oils take a lot longer to dry... could be a week... just a warning for ya!!! I did a dot filter process on my Austratt turret and i didn't have to wait a week for it to dry. I think the smallness of the dots and the amount of thinner used to streak them helps reduce drying time considerably. I only had to wait half a day for mine. Just my two cents from experience.

Oils take a lot longer to dry... could be a week... just a warning for ya!!! Thanks Joe, I used oils years back but only for flesh tones, the long wait probably works for my speed of operation!!
