Nice primerage, Jed!
I see you and I use the same outdoor painting locations -- thanks to our respective sanitation departments.

Nice primerage, Jed! I see you and I use the same outdoor painting locations -- thanks to our respective sanitation departments. It's the only way I can do it without covering the dogs who insist on giving me their advice, apparently they thought it looked a bit woof!

I snagged the Tamiya Challerger2 at a raffle this past weekend, gonna watch this one for ideas. OF course 1/72 is a headache for me, but it's British, right? As British as hey come 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Well then, maybe I should do an IDF version, as a "what-if", like if the IDF Chieftain deal had happened, with a Chally deal done later, making the Merkava a non-event. Hmmmm......

Would they have put the ball and chains on the back of the turret do you think ? 🤔

I'd have to take a look at the possible shot trap, but probably not. I did a fuzzy what-if a while ago, a Merkava 1 turret on an M60 hull, and put a few on, primarily cuz I wanted the look, not so much for need.

Managed to get into the cave for a short while today and add some black and tape and tack one set of tracks which will be removed once dru for painting. Schoolboy error in that I fixed the body to the chassis which will make it very difficult to fit the few separate links that will be visible, the side skirts will cover the top tracks so they won't be fitted.
