Nice! Looks like an early fifties version of what they thought the future would look like!!
I can envision Batman riding one of these!

I have actually seen a bike very similar to this in Tunica, Mississippi. A little odd, but still cool!

How about a 1930 Henderson KJ Streamline? Original and unrestored, this police-spec Henderson KJ wears its bruises with pride.

What I'd like to do if I had a Sportster and a fairly large stack of cash. I love this look. I would make a couple changes. Higher handlebars and a girder instead of a springer.

It happens Joe. Turned out I had 2 choices with the insurance company at the time. Take a higher price and they take the bike or take a partial payment and keep the bike. I kept it, bought another front end and gas tank then sold it for a combined total of more than I paid for the bike to begin with. Not bad! I have a 1/6th Tamiya SG about half finished to replicate it. I painted the tank and front fender once but wasn't happy with it. I hope to maybe get to it before winter but being I haven't been able to work on my funny car build I'm not sure. The Glide was gorgeous. I'd like to try to build it again 1 to 1 but money seems to be my biggest obstacle .

I know a guy that has a stock 1974 Sportster. He doesn't ride it much if any. when I get enough cash together I plan to make him an offer on it. It's unrestored so it will need work and TLC to get back to good, rideable condition. Hoping to get it pretty reasonable because of it. This isn't it but same color:
