Back to tanks, hehehe I am stoked
I did, however, make a promise to myself that I'd finish a shelf queen before starting anything new. Some of you may remember this one, I don't recall if I started it on the club or the worx but here it continues. Small synopsis for posterity

It looks a bit different now will post pics soon. I am using Fruils on this one as it would be very difficult to create proper track droop with indy plastic links in this case. Lotsa drilling to do

Thanks gents
Been playing with Rustall wash, kind of strange stuff but effective for a base rust over flat black. 1st black oil wash on also

Perhaps a bit more Rustall here and there and then shiny seal time, pinwash, you guys know the drill. I might stipple in some lighter rust but if I do that'll be artistic license as fairly fresh burned stuff is usually the same shade. Got one side of the tracks done and will prime with rattlecan metal primer and paint in the usual fashion.
Regards, Mark

Looks sufficiently burnt, already!! I like the Rustall System. I've been using it for several years. Not too bad, once you get used to it.

Washes, pinwash and flatcoat on. Tracks need some more dark brown they are too bright yet. This will have company on the base

Some of you may recall it also
