Update time.. White ID stripes sprayed on to turret, decided not to free hand these although the real ones were. Added decals which finally settled down over the cast texture with a lot of MicroSOL. Dry brushed a slightly lighter green over the whole tank before sealing with clear semi-gloss ready for enamel wash. ’nuff of me rambling on.. here’s the pics   ACW |

Okay here she is, my take on the 1/35 IS-2 from Tamiya. I could have gone mad with the weathering but the tank isn't too damaged so I've gone for the 4 weeks in use look, as the average combat life for these was a horrifying short 10 weeks I think it's about right. I've also given it a bit of mood lighting     Thanks for following along |
