This is Revell's Impala SS kit converted to a police cruiser. Although I didnt do anything to the trunk to change it from Impala to Caprice, I did modify the shape of the rear quarter windows, as they are different between the two.
Otherwise it was pretty much straight out of the box build with a scratch built barrier between the front and rear seats. It is painted with Testors gloss black and white, with decals from Chimneyville Hobbies, and Whelen Edge Strobe lightbar, both available from policecarmodels.com. The area around the side windows was finished with Bare Metal Foil using thier "Black Chrome", and regular chrome foils.
