I built this one straight out of the box, only adding BMF, which turned out to be a pain in the....well, here it is: An early Model King re-issue of an AMT kit. Just a good ol' plain SS interior! These taillights are the peskiest part of this kit. They are molded in and need to be detailed to look right. Maybe I got close! The color is a GM Aqua from Dupli-Color. Turned out okay for a shelf model, I guess. If I do another '63, I'll try to find a Revell kit.

very nice color, BMF is a pain sometimes, trouble is most of the cars i like are loaded with chrome worth it tho as it really sets the model off)

I don't generally have a problem applying the BMF. The biggest beef I have with the stuff is, once in a while, I get a sheet that seems to have "crap" for adhesive! That happened with this build!
