The Three Amigos...1965 Pontiacs

These are three that I built at the same time, side by side. I had the brown Bonneville since the late 80s. I shot a bad paint job on it, and stuffed it back in the box!! As time went by, I acquired the Grand Prix and the 2+2 kits. I drug the Bonneville back out in 2008, around twenty years later, stripped the paint, and started over. Then I decided to build all three as companions. Here they are:









The hardest part of this trio was the Bonnie had a severely warped body. It straightened out well enough during final assembly.

Even though these are three large Pontiacs, from AMT, each one had different stuff in it. Sometimes I had a fit just trying to keep each one's parts separated!!!!!!

three great builds mate, it does get a bit confuseing when you have 2 or 3 kits on the go at the same time, i did 4 ganbusters at once and even though all the parts were the same i still got a bit mixed up,
