Right then, the mystery deepens... If I mess around with my profile on an old modelling, and a motorbike forums on proboards, the colour boxes come up and I can change colours. No boxes appear on OSM though  Can't be my PC then, must be a Mod setting somewhere  |

When you go to Edit Profile, and click on Personal, you should see three boxes at the bottom for Mini Profile Background, Mini Profile Name Color, and Mini Profile Text Color. If you click in the Mini Profile Background box, another small box should popup of Mini Background Options. Click in the Background Color, and you should be able to choose your color. The other boxes should work the same.

The other boxes should work the same. Only it doesn't. At least not for me and Robert and now possibly Steve. I click in the boxes and all I get are flashing "I" cursors that don't do anything. If Steve can do it on any other Proboards but not here, then maybe it is a mod feature. Joe I was hoping for something more like a slate blue or slate grey actually Royal purple might be a bit too dark. Anyway, I'm going back to bed to fight this flu.... |

However, for Steve, Mark, Me, and Ian (for now), the fact is that it does not do what it is supposed to do. I have to agree with Steve...if he can (and has) changed his mini profile on other ProBoards, but can't do it here, it has to be something here that's the cause. |

Until the staff can get together and figure out what's going on with the mini profile color issue, those of you that wish to change your mini profile color and text color can send me or Joe a PM with your choices and we'll be happy to change it for you. I really don't know why some of the members can use the feature, and some members can't. It may take a few minutes to straighten out the issue.

Wow! I just found out that you can type the word of the color you want in the box and hit "Save Personal Settings" at the bottom. Try it, folks. It might work.
ADMIN NOTE: Don't try this at home, folks! It won't work. Two of us admins were working on it at the same time, and I just thought what I was doing was working! My bad!
