The base is coming along well, I've used some seafoam and then sprayed with spray mount & used Joefix studio's fine leaves to cover them. I've then added long static grass & carved some weeds and plants. A few grass clumps were also added. The poles are something i've seen in pictures of Japanese training areas. They are painted with white and red stripes and are usually placed on junctions. With the model in place I think it looks pretty good, now all I have to do is paint it all.

Cheers guys, well I went all out this afternoon and have now finished off the base and the whole project. I'm very pleased with how the base looks and with the model in place really sets it off I think. As usual trumpy do make a good JGSDF kit and this one although essentially a box on wheels is not uninteresting.
