First thread in softskns area. YES!!!!

Here my attempt to build German WWII stuff. And, as always, I chosse something very weird: The LWS amphibian vehicle, that was concepted to be used in the Operation Sea Lion (invasion to England).

This thing looks like a toy boat, but has tracks!

I used th HB model (my shelf queen) to this. Most of the build process was done and I've had need to add white plastic to reproduce some missing details (pretty basic scratch work).

So, lets stop talking and lets start to show some WIP pics:

Hi guys! Thanks a lot!

So, some pics of the painted thing: I used my own mix of automotive paints and VA black to paint the stripes around the spots. Interior is automotive white and some field grey. The decals are big and the vehicle has lots of rivets, so they are hard to apply. I think I did a good job on that:
