The following were our vehicles for the mortar platoon in the ground role when we were'nt man packing them!! V8 engine and quite a powerful beast, I have recently been told that they were constantly breaking down but I can't remember that myself.
The three with the chaps in shirt sleeves have pulled over to fold the canopy back,nothing strange in that except we are in the Berlin corridor from Berlin to Braunschweg and are not supposed to stop in case the East Germans are on patrol or it makes us late at the exit which the East Germans controlled. (Cold War period)
