HEY, Fellow styrene addicts, Names ED . Presently live in WakeForest NC but spent the first 63 years of my life on Long Island NY. Started building when I was 10 years old but stopped for the usual reasons WORK & FAMILY.. Started again around 12 years ago and am here to stay. First forum was the ever present Scale Auto, went to some forums started by former SA members was also a member of Automodeling, for a while. See a couple of familiar names here too, espically you "BUCKY," looks like we both have been making the rounds.. Saw you mention this site over at Memory Lane Builders and thought I give it a try . SO HERE I AM. Build mostly old iron older than 1959 and anything CORVETTE. Well that's enough HOT AIR for a first time ! Glad to be here !!!!!

Welcome to our small, but friendly site, Opa1!!! Yes, I have been around the forums. At one time, I was a member on about 14 forums at the same time!! Several of those, including the much-loved "automodelling" site, have fallen by the wayside. Sad. I started this site to provide a laid-back forum with not-so-rigid rules where a modelbuilder come check in and relax and still do what we do! Hope you like it here!!!
