This past Wednesday was our local university football team’s Victory Day for special needs kids. The kids get paired up with a player and they get to run drills, try on equipment and run a play with the offense against the defense and score a touchdown. The cheerleaders and the band are there as well. It’s great to see the players get into it and have fun with the kids. Here is the video of Ian scoring his touchdown.

I think this is amazing and hopefully The players benefit from this as much as the children

The first year we did it there was a lot of friendly trash talking between the offense and defense about how many touchdowns the defense was giving up and how they were going to have to run after practice. |

This is so fantastic! Having watched Ian grow up in the old LEM Forums it is so thrilling to see him thrive as he is doing now. What a miraculously amazing young man!
