Greetings! It has been awhile and it feels good to finally get the time to post this. (I did not actually stopped building since the last time I posted. It is just I never found the time to post until now. ) I actually completed four kits after the PE laden T34-85 (I will try to get pics of those to post here later). For this build I used the following: 1.) Tamiya 1/35 88mm Gun Flak 36/37 (spare kit that has been hiding in the closet for a decade now) 2.) Academy 1/35 Flakpanzer IV Wirlberwind (that I cannibalized gun barrel for the Skink and tracks for Panzer IV J) 3.) Spare 88mm Gu Flak 37 metal barrel from the Dragon 8.8cm Flak 36/37 4.) RFM After Market workable tracks (which I put on the Tamiya kit to get back the original kit rubber band tracks since the AM tracks will not fit the Academy sprocket) Since the upper hull of the Flak 37 is much different from that of the Wirlbelwind, I have to do some surgery and add some details that are missing from the Academy kit. Actually, the Academy kit lacks a lot of things. Anyway, I did not want this to be wasted so I went on with the build. Here are the latest pictures I have. I will keep you updated. I have actually started painting this yesterday and will post pics later today.
