Joe, I've got these in the basement and the garage. They work outstandingly well. mounting hardware comes with them. hang'em, plug them in and you're lite for life. Hope that helps you out.

I have four of those lights hanging in the Hobby Shack. They are very bright! I really like them. On the bench, I have three swing arm lamps. One has a circular florescent bulb with a magnifier in the center. The other two have different bulbs in order to try to realize the full color spectrum.

Normally Joe I use a cheap table lamp that has a flexable arm. I tried different daylight bulbs from a cheap store ( £1 a bulb) . I will try and post the details tomorrow

Joe, this is what I use. It’s a daylight led bulb with a standard screw in base. I use in a task lamp with the shade removed. I got it at Walmart.
