I have noticed that it is fairly quiet here and I am guilty of that. It is summer here in the south and it is time to cruise in my drive and go to 1:1 car shows. It gets bloody hot here so building can be difficult. So in saying that when do you prefer to build winter or summer. I always think I will do more because of the great weather but alas I am not home that much in summer so I get more done in Winter and Spring.

When we lived in NC we modeled in the summer to beat the heat in our ac. Up here in the land of rust and rot we model more in the winter.

I would usually build more in the winter but given our climate it's just easier to be productive in the summer because then I can actually spray bodies. I should be getting stuff ready now so it's good to go come spraying season but life's getting in the way, including more guitar work - not a total loss but i'd like time at the bench more often.

I do my spraying in the shop, so I can usually build any time of the year. What drives my building opportunities is the amount of hours I have to put in at my job. Maybe I can get more than one finished this year!
