Yup. I spent two winters in a travel trailer in Michigan and one winter in a travel trailer in the Cleveland Ohio area and it bout did me in!!

Travel trailers aren't made for that kind of cold and heavy snow... everything freezes!

Mine was a rugged weather travel trailer. Never had a problem with it freezing. Only myself when I went outside to go to work!! 😂

Yeah, it's a pain to deal with but the cost of living here vs moving doesn't pen out... no state income tax, lower property taxes and my existing 4% mortgage rate... can't beat it! I'd love to move somewhere drier for sure!

I got my fill of heat and humidity on my cross country trip to North Carolina to see my daughter and fam! Sucks the life right out of you! And your clothes are soaked through and stick to you!

I agree with this totally. In fact, last night at our Monday Hobby Day I got to enjoy this time with Happy friends doing Happy things! Even after an earthquake hit at 8:30 or so; it was a small one, but it was about five blocks away so it bounced us around a good bit. It was still a very happy time.

You can keep those earthquakes Mark! Mike and I road out plenty when we grew up in Lancaster down there and also when I moved to Pismo Beach in the late 70's and early 80's! The big one that hit Sylmar in the early 70's took out my big fish aquarium... not a fun ride! I really don't miss California! Only friends and families who are still there!
