We never had kids, hence no grandchildren.
You just gave that young fella a lifelong memory.
Someday he'll tell his grandchildren about building plastic model cars with his grandpa,
of course that is after he explains to them what models were, and what plastic was and what a car is...LOL

I think this is great. I don't think I'll be having grandchildren for various reasons but friends at work often ask for advice on what to do for their kids and or grandchildren so I do believe the hobby is safe. Our son has a resin cast bust of Hellboy and he has recently borrowed some gear off me to get it painted, although now 30 maybe his interest has been re-kindled
