I would of thought these run out of ammo quite quickly in a dog fight
Just primed the area, aluminium tomorrow

Looking better now Jed OK fellas that took a bit longer than expected as it was, paint a bit leave it to dry, paint a bit leave it to dry and so on Anyway got the weapons in place and added the wing to the fuselage, now you get an idea of the size of this build, still got the engine to go on the front end

That is a nice sized project. I could prolly see how to build that one. Looks like it's going together well. Have you got a 1/72 scale to put next to it for a reference shot?

No sorry I don't have a smaller one which is a shame Some wing tops on but I'm worried as there is a gap between the wing and the fuselage and it is springy, so I'm going to have to get some advice on this Still got camera issues so there are shadows on the photo

Looks good... as for the wing root try filling it with some flat styrene glued in the slot and then sanded lightly...

If you don't have that you could stretch some spare spue over a light flame and use that to fill it...

Those are good remedies. Another one I use sometimes on my car models is baking soda and super glue. Pack baking soda in the gap, and drizzle a little super glue (CA), on it. It will harden up enough to be sanded down flush, and will take paint fairly well. Ya might want to test it on some scrap stuff first, in order to get a feel for the technique.
