After some time, Maddog Manufacturing Shipyards launched another ship for her shakedown cruise. Here is the Tamiya 1/700 scale USS Indianapolis as she sails on by: She is pretty basic, mostly because I cannot afford aftermarket railings and rigging would bring about a bunch of breakage. Comments are welcome, thanks for stopping in. Stay tuned, more ships will be coming down the slipways soon!

Thank you gentlemen! She's a bit basic, but I am thrilled to have her in my Navy.

Such a tiny model and very well built and detailed especially in this small of a scale.

Thank you John! I'm quite pleased with this ship!
Thank you Joe! yes, it does have some incredible details. I'm glad I was able to get them all on there....so far. I'm doing a Trumpeter Vittorio Venetto and they molded some parts separately that should have molded into place... or other parts that should have been molded as one, but were molded in three or more. I'm already missing three parts, but I doubt anyone would be able to see where they were supposed to be placed since there is so much tiny detail work on that ship. You can sdee what i'm talking about in my build log.
