I never even knew that there were Cudas with the 340 graphics on the side of the car like this AND with a shaker hood. I'll be watchin' this one!!

I've seen the 440 graphics but don't remember any of them having the 340 numbers. Learn something new every day. The billboards also came with the number 383. If my memory serves me correctly, the Shaker hood was standard on the Hemi engine. It was optional on all other ‘Cuda engines. The hood with the two scoops was standard on all ‘Cudas without Hemi engines.

Thanks for the info on that Mike. There again, I didn't know that they came with the 383 numbers on the sides either. I've always been a fan of these old "E bodies". Just fantastic looking cars. The 383 numbered car you were referring to. Again.....I learn something new every day:

You are welcome! These cars could also be ordered without the billboards. The one I repaint will not have the billboards. This is for two reasons, 1) I like the way ‘Cudas look without them, and 2) I do not have any billboard decals with 340 on them!

I know that there will be warm weather next summer, I think. Last summer it was too hot to paint outside. It was in the high 90’s, low 100’s most of the summer. Then all of a sudden it got cold. No painting this year. Maybe next year! I spent most of my free time with my grandchildren. This has been a wonderful year!!!
