I would call it a scale model. It's an odd scale, though.

I call stuff like this a "Scale Replica" because there is no modeling involved. Now, with some customization, modification, and scratch-building it could become a model.
Just my opinion, of course.

And a good opinion, at that! I hadn't thought of it that way.

To me it is a toy. Out of the box, into the sand box or onto the floor, voom voom ! Odd scale if you want to add to a collection such as Corgi 1:43. Or let it fight with 1:35 armor..............Cheers.

I like the description "scale replica" as well. Seems fitting for a small rendition of something that was pulled straight from a box already assembled. To me it is a toy. Out of the box, into the sand box or onto the floor, voom voom ! Odd scale if you want to add to a collection such as Corgi 1:43. Or let it fight with 1:35 armor..............Cheers. Not THAT would be a very short fight!

I tend to agree with those coming down on the "toy" side; it clearly doesn't have the level of detail that you typically see in larger 1/18 scale collectibles.
Regarding the use with 1/35 scale armor: Now, that is an excuse to turn it into a model! Crush the thing in creative fashion and have a modern MBT driving over it. Several governments around the world have done just that with illegally imported cars and made a media spectacle of the events. Seems the rarer the car the better, when considering what to crush for the cameras.
