Another large scale project this one from Tamiya. You build one of these large scale bikes and you'll know why these are fun. I have painted or repainted every part so I broke out all the Alclad and Extreme Metals I had, This kit is engeneed so perfectly that it practically builds itself so its really a painting kit. I've made a few mods in the wiring and throttle body but that's about it. If your interested in doing one of these you better buy one now because it's out of production now. I got mine at www.scalehobbyist.com. Also got the only detail=up available for the chain kit.
The chain kit.
I lovve Tamiya's packaging but really wish they would stop using staples on the bags.
Like every Tamiya kit reference book is included
I used Alclad Gold and Extreme Metal Polished Aluminum with a Tamiya LP Black as the base.
I used Metallic black from Vallejo for the frame.

What a beauty!!! Well played Jon!!! Thanks buddy. Kinda out of my normal doing something clean off the showroom floor. It was nice but expect the next to be weathered.

This is crazy Jon! The only thing I saw missing was the factory floor in the background while you were assembling this. Outstanding work!
