So I got this kit in pretty bad shape with a horrible brushed on paint job from eBay. Ive been working on getting rid of most of the paint best I could. Then I go fit the body to the fenders...turns out they don't go together. There is a big gap on both sides next to each rear fender.... I already painted the parts So I figured I would for this Then I got to thinking....I can fix this... So here's where I'm at Here's what it SHOULD look like once i finish the body work That's more like it. More to come....

Heres a quick update Well the mods didn't work out so I'm going without fenders. I changed the the tires and rims too. Do the rear tires look too far back??

The fit problem between the body shell and fenders is that the frame and fenders are AMT 32 Ford, while the body shell is a Monogram 34 Ford coupe. So they really shouldn't fit together. Vaguely close, but not right. Could still be cool.
