I guess I will put this here as I don't know where else to post it. It's not really diecast, its more like "Stamped". Any hoo, here is a 1958 Tonka Pumper I picked up at goodwill for $12. It was pretty hammered and I just felt sorry for it when I saw it and it followed me home.
After disassembly and parts cleaning and some time in the bead blaster, parts were located and this old toy has a new life. Yes, it includes the fire hydrant and it will still squirt water. They sure don't make toys that last60+ years anymore!
