Well, I finally did it. I mean, finish a diorama after so many years of laziness. 
You may have seen the WIP of this oldie but goodie Tamiya M16 kit which I posted in Armor Section a year ago. I started this kit as my re-introduction to the hobby and to find my touch. I built the kit purely OOTB for enjoyment and without minding its many shortcomings.
Lo and behold, when I finished it (hmm really?) I decided to put together a small diorama using some leftover figures from Academy (Masterbox?) and Tamiya kits.
The funny thing is when I scanned the web, I found a diorama with exactly the same kit and figures. So, I was forced to make some changes lest I be accused of copying someone's work. I converted the Tamiya figure into a medic to make it fit the scene.
Anyway here it is with all its faults and what not.

I know I could have done a better job but I guess I got what I wanted. That is to bring back my interest in the hobby.
So cheers and thank you for bringing me back into the dark side.
