Looks a fun group Joe,that third picture reminds me that I have a lump of wood in my shed salvaged to make a new handle for a salvaged axe I have, a bit of a theme here,let's hope I can salvage it!!!! 🙄🙄

Ooooohhhh, a B-36! I'v got two of those beasts in the attic from my aircraft days. Might complete one someday. I started a FiCon conversion on one, well before my skills were really up to it. The other would be mostly OOB, but with a wild paint job. The old Detail & Scale publication had a couple of pictures; the bird with the red, white, and blue sections of the fuselage, lots of white circles on the blue, and a huge four-panel white/black checker pattern on the vertical fin. It was used to calibrate ground cameras for the above-ground nuclear tests in the fifties.
