Okay, I've found a model that exemplifies 2020: while it had some fun times, it was a difficult year. This model, while quite difficult due to it's short run nature, is also fun. So this is the one I decided to do: This is one of ACE's earlier kits that has a lot of issues, before he went to his 'digital design' feature. Still, it builds up into a nice looking model when done. After one finishes this, they KNOW they've built a model!
So, stay tuned here, as I'll be posting this vehicle's progress here as well as in my Maddog Manufacturing Thread.

Thanks guys! This is really great seeing all these fantastic comments!
Bucky, this is an interesting kit. I'd forgotten I'd had it, so it seemed right. And thanks for the compliment as well!
Thanks Joe! I already got started. Pics in the next update!
Thanks Jim! Yeah, there's a lot of parts here, mostly because the interior is being shown by necessity. Alexey does tend to add photo etch too; occasionally I even use it! LOL!
Thanks Bruce! I felt it fit the description of last year perfectly.
Stay tuned, more to come.

As promised, here is the progress I made so far on this.
First I completed the suspension underneath: Then I did the top part: I have some brackets for the spare missiles to go in and then I'll have to paint that interior. Once I put the top on, that will be impossible to paint. Later, I assembled all the Snapper missiles but didn't shoot pics of them.
More to come soon. Stay tuned.

Hey all, I got a little bit more progress done on this. It ain't much, but now I'm closer to paint with this. I basically had to add an interior to this vehicle since the rear doors open up to raise the launching arms. This is what it looks like: Later I built the launching arm assembly for the three missiles in firing position. You can see that sitting behind the vehicle here: Gotta do some painting before I can move on this further. Hopefully sometime this week. Stay tuned, more to come.

And here is the more. my Russian AT-1 Snapper which got a base coat of green: Afterward, since I was decaling the Leopard, I added the decals to this. I also exercised a little artistic license on this too. The instructions say to use either the red banner markings or the '479'; but since I saw there was room for both, I added both: Next I can add the wheels, cabin doors, and rocket launcher assembly with rockets and I'll be able to finish this up.
