Last Tuesday laptop #4 died...we are on #5 now...I need a computer with the survivability of Jason Bourne or better yet JOHN WICK !!!

Okay ,still sounds like a lot.Even if they stay in pristine shape,they get obsolete after 5 years or so

Ouch! My current laptop (and desktop) were both purchased in 2015 and I'm not really looking to replace either for at least a year or two.

It sounds like you were waited on by a caring salesperson who only had your needs in mind...not
They wouldn't have been from the younger generation by chance?

Wow, I'm still on my desktop PC that we got way back in 2009. Still running smooth; although the online Elder Scrolls/Tamriel Online game updated itself past my computers ability to process the graphics...
