1 pound ground beef 1/2 roll of sausage 3 large carrots, chopped 2 large potatoes, chopped 1 large onion, diced 3 cups of beef broth 1 can kidney beans drained & rinsed 1 can black beans drained & rinsed Large can diced tomatoes don't drain. 3 cloves garlic Mrs. Dash seasoning Frozen corn Frozen okra Frozen green peas.
Sauteed the beef and sausage, added potatoes, carrots, onion, beans, garlic, beef broth and tomatoes. Pressure cooked for 7 minutes. After pressure released, added corn, okra, and peas. Stirred everything really well. Let sit for about 20 minutes. Then, I scooped out a nice bowl of YUMMY!!

Sounds good but a picture would be nice to see it!!! Also do you drain the beans and tomatoes or is that the liquid to pressure cook it?

Sorry...no pic. It didn't last long enough! LoL I drained and rinsed the beans, but didn't drain the tomatoes. Forgot to mention that I did add three cups of beef broth.

Ah there is the liquid part I was missing... knew a pressure cooker needs liquid or it burns... I added those to your original post so someone won't miss it!!!
