Hi, folks! Last year was a humdinger, IMHO! In my area, we endured a couple tornadoes, which caused me to get a new roof put on the house. Then, Mrs. BUCKY and I both got sick, and that was before we heard the word COVID. Then, we put the house on the market, and got a quick offer on it. Then, I had a short period of time to remove 47 years worth of priceless junk! In the middle of all this, my 94 year old mother-in-law suffered a major stroke. On the day of closing, the prospective buyer decided to demand we allow them $5000 to "make repairs". That was after we had already trimmed our asking price $5000. We said no, so they backed out of the deal. Now, we basically have an empty house. I have all my hobby room stuff stored in a climate controlled storage unit, so I'm shut down until we get moved. Our house will be listed again in a couple weeks. Also, I got tested for covid a couple weeks ago. Luckily, the results were negative. Right now, though, Mrs. Bucky is suffering from a bout of mono. She also got tested for covid Thursday, and we are quarantined again until the results come back. The events stated above have kept me from spending as much time as I wanted to both at the workbench, and on the forum. Thanks to Joe, and the staff for keeping things running smoothly here at OSM! I'll check in from my phone as often as I can. My home computer is in storage, too! Also, thanks to all the great members for helping OSM to trudge through a year that seemed like a quagmire, at times! Hopefully, 2021 will prove to be a much smoother ride! Keep up the great work, fellow hobbyists!!

Thanks, guys! I also have a few in-laws that did test positive for covid. Sadly, one brother-in-law didn't survive it. He had been in a nursing home for quite a while, due to other medical conditions. RIP, Nathan Holley.

I hope all goes well with the next sale Bucky and you find a good buyer. I miss your posts but I know how life can get in the way. Do what you need to do.
I'm sorry for the loss of your brother-in-law.

Thanks, gents. He was a Vietnam veteran. He survived so many medical hardships that we said he had more lives than a cat.
