This is a lovely recipe from Georgrs Bakery who my wife follows on IG,the recipe makes Moore cookies than shown but I had to test them on my work colleagues.

Looks good!!! We would have to convert from Grams to Cups and Ounces over here but you can Google that... I will assume the boiled sweets is a jam or jelly over here...

We do use bothe in our house as we have kitchen gifts from our US side of the family along with recipes but unless Claire changes them I wouldn't know 😳😳 but as you sat Joe Google is always at hand.

100g = 1/2 cup butter 60g = 1/3rd cup of white sugar 40g = 1/4th cup of brown sugar 375g = 3 cups of flour 200g = 1 cup of jam or jelly
