I loved watching Formula One races with my Dad when I was a boy!!! The Lotus cars were always my favorites!!!

I was actually born in Coventry at a time when moste of the great engineering companies still existed, Dunlop whose factory still had the camouflage paint on its exterior,Alvis etc,my dad worked for Brico who ground bearings for Concord. The factories I knew in my youth are long gone,the last time I visited I actually got lost as I just could not recognise anywhere, it was quite sad but progression I suppose 😳
