A lot of firsts for me on this one. First time building a model in close to 20 years. Never used water based acrylic in a air brush. And definitely never tried to use any oil based paints. I didn't really take many pictures of it. But here is where I'm at. I've never done any kind of weathering so I'm going to experiment on this little guy.

I really like how oil paint makes it easier to manipulate the colors. And they look so soft and organic, its definitely a fun process. Like I said, I've never done a lot of this stuff. So I'm just going to keep trying things until I love it or hate it.

Nice weathering Sty. The mud effect looks great. Thank you Sir. I used some sawdust, baking soda and thinned down craft paint to make the mud. It dried out nice and flat like I was hoping for.
