It was mentioned by one of our members that it would be nice to have a live chat room. I promptly went ahead and set one up.
Under the picture of "Palamino", there is a row of icons. At the end of that row should be an icon that says "chat". Click on that and it should open another page. I had to download Java to make mine work. You may need to do that if you don't already have it. Just remember....live chat only works if there are more than one member online at the same time!!!! LOL
Keep those ideas coming!!

Afraid so, John. It seems it wasn't supported when Proboards changed things a few years back, and it quit working. During the recent, and ongoing, cleanup campaign, it was removed from the navigation bar.

Wish we could get another one someday Id love to sit and shoot the bull with yall someday. Even if its not on this site. I know of a few chat things online. Maybe we can figure something out someday

Ben the chat room feature didn't work with all the platforms out there so some could access it while others were left out... if they ever get it fixed in the future we will readdress it and see if we can get it up and running but for now its a no go... sorry!!!  |

We did have it here in the early days, but when Proboards change the format a few years back, the chat room feature quit working, so it was removed.

Say on Sat/Sun open a google hangout, Call it OSM, you can go live, or chat, costs nothing. and the broadcast software is free, ya don't even need a camera, or mic to hear, and hangout, used to do it, think I may have even asked people here to come hang out, but only a 1 or 2 did, so I lost interest in it, and stopped asking, software is OBS, and here is the link, there is a payed version, which I had at the time, but like I said, anyhoot have fun and good luck....... obsproject.com/download, |

There is a shoutbox feature available for the Proboards forums. I can look into hooking that up, if enuff members are interested. I've seen it on some other forums.
