okey dokey boys and girls !!!!...this is what i'm TRYING to customize !!!!!...i'm going to section it 3/16ths...roll both pans...replace those ugly rear-quarter-panels...use a Vette grille and hubcaps...maybe '57 Chebby custom taillights...i'm having a thought for an engine...but that's a surprize...(even to me lol). i have no idea on the paint yet...all i know is it has to be a rattlecan spray (i don't own an airbrush)....anyway...there, ya have it !!!!!

Just be sure to seal it well or the red will bleed through

Bruce...that was my first thought...hhmmm...do you think it'd bleed through red oxide primer ??

I have found that no color of plastic can bleed through Duplicolor's DAP primers which is available in grey, black and red oxide. They fully seal the plastic, and being a true automotive quality primer, I have yet to find any kind of rattlecan paint that wont work on it! This one was molded in red

Duane, If you have a LOH close by, that stocks Railroad colors (FLOQUIL) , they make a solution , that is called Dio sol. I believe that is the name. I have used it with good results. I have also heard that B.I.N. 3 in 1 is a good product. Available at Lowe's & Home Depot. HTH 8-)RICK
