As of November 15, the house is "done". as in done, the rest is on us. Insurance didn't pay enough to do it "right" but they did pay enough to do it the way it was before--for the most part. Our contractor was awesome and knocked $1000 off of his bill to get it done for what the insurance sent. What that means though is that we are left with finish work. So, each paycheck over the next few months will have a little $ go towards those finishing touches.
