I'm being evicted, why? me lease expired in Jan, and are just now bringing to my attention, and they have raised the rent on me from 450.00/month to now 620.00/month which I cannot afford, and yes they know I'm on disability. so till I find a place, see ya on the flipside

Found this, 430/M, 150/Deposit, already talked to the owner, tenets should be moved, or moving by the 25th, and yes I have it locked in sorta, owner knows I have the deposit right now, wants to wait till the tenets have moved out, to collect my deposit, told him come the first I could bring the rent and deposit, told I would call again a few days after the 25th, and could go from there, yes he is all for it, thanx everyone for the prayers of good luck, not over there yet, but god willing I will be, again thank you all, for the well wishes and prayers....... goo.gl/maps/3XJg6zeTXGZkUuMa7?fbclid=IwAR2h8GAHg3NPfpZeQQ6HHI28exgkrqqneuLw1Y1OsjJyx3DAc16ckTUyhSw |

And it a HOUSE! not a apartment, I haven't lived in a house since Laura passed away, Bear, and Peanut will love it, wont run into their own farts twice walking from the bathroom to the living room, I like it because it's a HOUSE for one, and I will have a hobby room, AND a place to sleep, heck even in the same room if I wanted, ok, I'm just about set up for the move, still packing, got the UHaul set up, electric deposit set up,, 1 person to help load the truck, so all good, My cats, few pots and pans, few cloths, a bed, and about 3000.00 in hobby, check, check, and check |

Yeah well that turn'd out to be a flop, so as of the 30th I will be homeless, go to court today on the eviction notice, which there is missing paper work they say in the notice that they sent me, which I never got, and still don't have, found a lawyer that does evictions, yeah only one in town, happens to be on VACATION!, yep spent since Thursday looking for one, so thought I would share some hanging out with Peanut today pix, dunno how to make the camera do vid's yet, makes me feel better, maybe you too.    |

yeah, no, people often ask me, why I'm so angry all the time, I will be carrying, a cat carrier, 2 cats, and whatever I can carry on my back, blankets included, cat food, ect, an my lil breathing machine, maybe Wal-Mart will let me plug it in when I have a breathing issue, with my walker, an cane, with no where to go at, 55 years old lest not forget a small cooler so I can keep my insulin kewl with ice packs of course, oh and my psych meds, along with health med's, oh yeah cloths too, I cant really walk well any more, but hey it's ok right, all good, it'l be fine, hey I know lets ask for help, been there done that, cant afford 2,-3 times income of the rent to move in, can't move the section 8 housing list any faster, how about the shelter, surrrrre, hope I don't catch a cold, from some flem infested crack junkie, or croup, god forbid , or the flue, all will put me in the hospital, hope they have a bed, nah they don't allow pets, so what to do about my cats of what 15-17 years, hey I know, how about affordable housing? heck yeah, waiting list is 9-12 months, but I'm on the list, no-tell, hotel, holiday Inn? yep sure can at 225.00 a week, some only 900.00 a month, so how was I so lucky in getting this new adventure in life? you ask, not being able to afford the raise in rent, yeah, I did nothing wrong, never had the cops called on me, no complaints, fallowed all the rules of the complex, stayed a nice guy, built models, or attempted to, so yeah can't afford the rent increase you too can have this new adventure in your life, The ticked off part of it all? is it happens to, to many people, including our Vet's, and no one does a thing, oh they say they do, red tape they call it, I call bullshit, but hey it happens right? oh hey guess when my special adventure starts? Tuesday the 1st, lol don't have to worry about getting heat stroke, it will be to cold, and only getting colder, fine weather for such a healthy bundle as me, woooooo hoooooo, look ma no hands, ahhhhh there is always prison, shitty food, shitty people, did I say free health care? I get that anyway, crappy lifestyle too, they would just put me in the med ward, all because I did nothing wrong, just make less then poverty which is 12000.00 a year, I make 9000.00 a year, OK, OK, this rant over, see ya'll on the flipside............
