We have been talking about having a group build of Barracuda's like we did the pickup mini build! This is an open ended build without time constraints so join in when you can and as your time allows. This is the place for everyone who wants to join in to post their work. I haven't quite made up my mind which to build first... what do you think? If you are building with me please post a pic of the kit or kits you will be building and then post your work as it takes place! Lets have some MOPAR fun!!! CUDA's Rule!!!

Decision made, gonna tackle the 69' Barracuda first! Gonna be painted to look like Mike's old 68' he drove in high school... I know the bodies are a bit different in nose and tail light design but I cannot find a 68' kit I can afford as they are rare. So here is the money shot of what's in the kit...

Nice primerage Joe! What are you going to use to thin the nail polish?

Lacquer thinner... supposed to work good, time will tell...

I've read that good ol' cheap Wal-Mart lacquer thinner works a charm on nail polish for painting scale models.

Make sure you use the cheap, low heat thinner. It can melt your plastic.

That is why it has been primed Bruce to protect the plastic...
